DESCRIPTION
This is the second beer that we brew in collusion with the Chaplin Pub in Azpeitia. It is a beer adapted to the tastes of its parishioners. Huge quantities of hops, very fresh, tropical and complex aroma. In the mouth it is bitterness compensated for by the use of oats and wheat. The use of Sabro hops with its special character can be appreciated both in the nose and in the mouth. A beer to enjoy drink by drink and see how it evolves as you drink it.
