ON-LINE PURCHASE CONDITIONS
All purchases made through the Cervezas Brew and Roll SL portal are subject to the general conditions set out in the legal notice. The General Conditions prevail over the On-line Purchase Conditions.
All products and services are subject to the following conditions. By purchasing from this website, you automatically accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
These conditions constitute the entirety of the agreement between the parties with regard to the on-line purchase and sale transactions between Cervezas Brew and Roll SL and its customers.
Cervezas Brew and Roll SL is entitled to unilaterally modify each and every one of the obligations set forth in these conditions, without the need for prior notice. Likewise, it is empowered to restructure, modify or eliminate any information, service or content included in the Portal, without the need for prior notice.

The Portal does not require prior subscription for simple navigation, access or use of the service in question. On the contrary, for access to certain content and services, a prior subscription and the corresponding registration as a User will be required (hereinafter referred to as a Registered User).
User Registration
In accordance with the above, Cervezas Brew and Roll SL reserves some of the Services offered through the Portal for the Registered Users of Cervezas Brew and Roll SL by filling in the corresponding User Registration Form.
The User undertakes to select, use and keep his or her user name or “login” and his or her password (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Access Keys”) in accordance with the provisions of the following clauses.
Assignment of Access Keys
The user will have the option to choose and indicate his own access password. The User will not be able to choose the User Name other than being a valid e-mail address, through which we will communicate with the User.
Use and Custody
The User undertakes to make lawful and diligent use of the Access Key, and not to make his Access Key available to third parties.
The User undertakes to notify the Webmaster of Cervezas Brew and Roll SL as soon as possible of the loss or theft of the Access Codes as well as any risk of access to them by a third party.
The Access Key may only be used by the Users to whom it has been assigned. Cervezas Brew and Roll SL is exonerated from any type of responsibility that may accrue for damages caused or suffered by the fraudulent use or lack of diligence in the custody of the Access Code, loss or use in contravention of the provisions of these Conditions.
Products
The information provided should at no time be considered complete or exhaustive due to the wide range of products and services in the sector. Cervezas Brew and Roll SL for its part will endeavour as far as possible to constantly update the prices of the products through constant communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
Cervezas Brew and Roll SL states that the product offered usually corresponds to the photograph. However, it is exonerated from responsibility for those cases in which due to technical or human errors there are mistakes or variations between the photograph and the price. Likewise, it is stated that the photographs are merely for guidance purposes and that there may be variations in their physical appearance, but without affecting the integrity and performance of the product ordered.
Cervezas Brew and Roll SL is exonerated from the contents, information, opinions or comments disseminated through its portal and shall not be liable for the use that the User makes of this information.
Price list
The price of the products is in EUROS and includes the legal taxes in accordance with Spanish legislation. The final purchase summary shows the final or total price of the purchase, indicating the amount corresponding to the determined product price and the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes.
In accordance with its commercial policy, Cervezas Brew and Roll SL may make final variations to the price, whether for reasons of loyalty, the acquisition of products of a certain entity or importance, or any other factor that may be stipulated by Cervezas Brew and Roll SL at the appropriate time. Nevertheless, Cervezas Brew and Roll SL shall freely and voluntarily offer these discounts and/or rebates to whomever it deems appropriate, and the customer may not demand or request them at any time.
Prices do not include shipping costs. The prices are valid except for typing errors. All sales are made with their corresponding invoice. The products are available for sale while stocks last
The prices shown may be revised and modified at any time by Cervezas Brew and Roll SL.
Once the payment has been checked, Cervezas Brew and Roll SL will start processing the order.
Methods of payment
Once in your account you will see your cart and then you must press “Confirm order” and you will go to the Shipping and Payment. In this part you must specify if you want the order to be sent to your registration address or to a different one, and then make the payment according to the chosen method, by clicking on “Finalize order”. Once the payment has been made, you will see the order registration confirmation and you will immediately receive this confirmation in your e-mail.
A) Transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer (or deposit into an account) you will be provided with an account number to make the payment.
B) Credit card. The payment by credit card is made through a secure server payment gateway of the bank CAIXABANK. At no time are any card details stored in our database. These data are always processed by the bank.
C) PAYPAL. Payment is made through the international payment system Paypal. This payment method carries a commission. For more information www.paypal.es.
Envíos
Cervezas Brew and Roll SL will not send any product until the Administration Department has verified that payment has been made.
Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the document of receipt of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the products on receipt and to set out all the caveats and complaints that may be justified in the document of receipt of delivery.
Cervezas Brew and Roll SL will send the products by the means it deems appropriate to meet its commitments.
Shipping costs
A shipping charge will be applied depending on the delivery area selected. However, Cervezas Brew and Roll SLSE reserves the right to request an additional quantity for particularly heavy or bulky orders. If this happens and the customer is not interested in formalising the order with the indicated delivery costs, the amount paid will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. Cervezas Brew and Roll SL will be exempt from any other commitment or obligation to the customer.
Shipping costs for orders in mainland Spain will be from 6€ to 9.4€ depending on the weight of the shipment. However, for orders of more than 60€ the shipping will be free of charge.
Delivery time
Generally, an order is shipped (leaves our offices to its destination) on the next working day for those orders whose proof of payment has been sent to us before 12:00 noon. If the proof of payment is sent after this time, two working days later. Delivery at destination will be made depending on the area of destination. In Peninsular Spain, it will be the working day following the day of shipment. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the period may be increased by 2 or 3 more days. However, these periods are for guidance only and may vary for reasons beyond our control. Cervezas Brew and Roll SL is not committed to any specific delivery time, since the shipping process depends on third parties.
If a delivery is going to take longer than 5 working days, Cervezas Brew and Roll SL will contact the customer to inform them and give them the option to cancel the order and receive their money back immediately by bank transfer.
Breakage of stock
In our portal we only put on sale products in stock, either in our own warehouse or in that of some entity, manufacturer or wholesaler that allows us to serve the product in the time described as delivery time. However, the synchronization of the web with the warehouses is not instantaneous. Furthermore, in the period of time between a customer registering an order on the portal until we receive and process proof of payment, some product may be out of stock. For this reason, there could be an isolated case in which we cannot serve an order due to a lack of stock.
When it is not possible to serve a product due to a lack of stock, Cervezas Brew and Roll SL will contact the customer to inform them, cancel the order and return their money immediately by bank transfer.
Guarantee
Own products:
To exercise the right of guarantee, the product must be returned with the original packaging and always with the prior authorisation of the Customer Service Department (info@cervezasbrewandroll.com ).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal in respect of products purchased exclusively from https://cervezasbrewandroll.com/, you must make clear your intention to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days in one of the following ways:
- If you choose the option of returning the product to any of the Brew and Roll SL shops, you must first contact our Customer Service Department on 660 935 643, who will send you a return authorization that you will have to present at the shop.
- If you choose the option of returning the product through our online shop to https://cervezasbrewandroll.com/ you must contact our Customer Service, on 660 935 643 or via the email account info@cervezasbrewandroll.com to express unequivocally your decision to withdraw from the contract.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, you may also choose to exercise your right of withdrawal by completing and sending electronically to the email account info@cervezasbrewandroll.comel a withdrawal form that you can download by CLICKING HERE, in which case, we will inform you without delay by email of the receipt of such withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal will be understood to have been exercised in due time when you have sent us the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the end of the corresponding period, in the terms indicated above.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you exercise your right of withdrawal we will refund all payments received by us from you, excluding delivery costs, without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment as the purchase was paid for without your incurring any costs as a result of the refund except for the costs of returning the product. In all cases, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, where applicable, included. If this is not the case, this withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Jurisdiction and Legislation
The parties submit themselves, for the resolution of the conflicts and with renunciation to any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of Cervezas Brew and Roll SL.
